Standard bank - Useless

Standard bank is USELESS. I will never recommend Standard bank to anyone. We are struggling to get help with my Mother and Father's estates as it was done through Standard bank. My mom passed away in June 2017 and my Father in Dec 2018.... and we are still waiting for Standard bank to settle the estate, but there is not even a little progress.........We have been sending emails, left messages, but Sandra Cronin, is not bothered to respond or to assist in any way...
