STANDARD BANK URGENT HELP NEEDED ON MY ACCOUNT

I have been without my account for almost 2 weeks now, and this have really hurt me seeing standard bank with such service, nobody has ever contact me from standard bank on this issue, have been calling and also going to branch, they only told me that they will escalate the matter, that the only thing i hear from standard bank, this is so unfair to me your customer, have been with standard bank for more than a decade and they treat me this way, i need an urgent help
