Standard bank unwilling to assist White clients, unprofessional and RUDE!!!!!
horrible call centre services. uneducated staff, rude financial managers and rude branch managers. "If you have an issue with the new online banking site you must go to your nearest branch and sort it out yourself I cannot help you" direct words from a standard bank consultant. sick and tired of struggling with Standard ban**** DISGRACE!!!!
