Standard Bank unresponsive bad service

I have a bond with standard bank. I app**** for an extension to do some building. after a great rigmarole they said the loan was granted two weeks ago and all I had to do was wait for two days. to date no respobse whatsoever. I have emailed them, phoned them, gone to their help line... nothing nothing nothing... what must I do?
