Standard Bank unreliability

Iv written a complaint and it was rep**** to and I was promised an update and I still have not recieved that update. <br> <br> Iv had a ***** incident and my case is being dealt with by the transactional ***** division of Standard Bank. Iv gone to various branches requesting an update from the division and reversal of the funds but no one has contacted me. This case has not been dealt with accordingly because Iv heard so many different things and I'm still left in the dark. <br> <br> I'm frustrated with this situation and Standard Banks lack of transparency. I can not trust a bank with my financials if their word means nothing.
