Standard bank unfixable notice deposit error

So I have been a loyal Standard bank customer since 2008 to no avail.

I have been struggling for months now to retrieve money from a 2 month notice deposit which was supposed to available in August 2020 which had been transferred to an old account that had been closed years ago. What is point of paying for a service, when that is the last thing you receive.

I have had a few calls regarding this matter and went into a branch and still this problem is not resolved.
