STANDARD BANK UNFAIR PRACTICE

Hello my name is Karabo Letlalo. I app**** for a house at Clayville EXT 77 and it is approved, it was approved by Standard bank home loans I was getting help from Valumax.

I received a massage that says I must pay the amount of R210,000 deposit, before 24hrs end .

I can't afford to pay the amount because I have only Three months since I started to work. The reason I want to buy this house is because I want to reduce expenses, I'm traveling every day from Soweto to Olifantsfontein, including needs and wants.This house will reduce financial pressure and I would be able to take care of my family.

I am the first time home buyer with no credit debt. I am earning R42,000 a month, my take home is R33,000.

It is hard for me to get the money in such a short time, and I'm a first time home buyer. But knowing my status and understanding Standard bank they have helped a lots of people regarding buying house with home loan.

I understand my position regarding my finances after roll this is a immovable property,I can't ***** it or hide it Standard bank is safe with the investment on me .
