How is it possible that the Standard Bank online banking is offline between 23h00 and 05h00 every weekend and often times during the week also?

Some of the world has work to do and payment to make during these hours?!

Between that and the ridiculous amount of time that money takes to clear Standard Bank to Standard Bank sometimes is insane! Why do these 3 day rules only sometimes apply. To be honest they should not exist these days with the technology we have should they?
