Standard bank unauthorised debits

Hi all I started having issues with unauthorised debits since last year October , I always contacted standard banks call centre and they reversed the amount back into my account, with no hassles. It went on for months because I had a problem with the company they never changed my banking details, but nevertheless I then finished at the company and my banking charges for 1 months to be exact for july- August was +-2100 I then called the standard bank call centre to lodge a complaint and asking them why it is so high and I would like my money back as I got a family to provide for , I called 3 times and they switched the phone Off while I'm talking to them. Their excuse is the signal. I spent so much airtime calling them too. It happened Friday the 24th August 2018. I then decided to listen to what one of the consultants told me in the standard bank Capetown branch and also Promenade branch that I should go to the branch where I opened the account that branch manager could assist me immediately. I then went there today on the 28th of aug 2018 between 1-2pm. I then spoke to the consultant and she told me there's nothing they can do . But as I explained to her standard bank never got back to me with who the people was debiting out of my account because they said they going to forward me the details. I then just calmed myself and while she called her superior , the superior then told me there's nothing they can do from their side , they can only give the -600 +- back to close the account but I'll loose my +-2100 I then objected that because that is my bread and hard earned money that the bank took from me. Standard bank stole from me and doesn't want to return it. The service that they gave was bad and I am very unsatisfied with Parow centres staff the way they engage with people it is *********. When speaking to a customer know what to say next don't look dumb struck! I'm very upset because now me and my family must suffer in this process . Standard in overall sucks. I'm definitely putting them out there on social media and news papers and I got witnesses and proof that I phoned on multiple counts for this same query and no assistance was given. They said the calls was recorded for security purposes but today the bank couldn't even track my calls on my ID number. They rather asked me the time and date . Wow what a service hey! I'm not finish with the fact that it is my hard earned money taken from me my daughter needs food , nappies ,milk etc my parents need food on the table they took money that was budgeted for themselves to benefit the bank I'm disgusted .
