Standard bank unauthorised debit order account *****

Absolutely pathetic solution-less service. An unauthorised debit order come off off of my account and bounces due to insufficient funds. The bank charges me a fee for this. When at the branch im told i cannot stop this debit order with them. When asking for proof of me signing a contract to approve a debit order im told that they do not do any authorisation of debit orders. Is this a joke? So anyone can, with my bank details, create a debit order I have not approved. They also refuse to refund me for the bounced debit order fee charged but did say for an extra R30 I can request information on this debit order but will still likely need to go and see the business who created it. What a joke. This is why standard bank is a sinking company. I have an account with another bank that in comparison to this joke of a bank is in a whole other league.
