Standard bank Unauthorised debit order

I'm sick and tired of standard bank.. I spent so much airtime calling them numerous times regarding the unauthorised debit orders going through my account. They've advised me that they'll contact me first to approve debit orders but that has not happened.. now they expect me to pay unpaid charges on a debit order I didn't approve and know nothing about. This is really unfair
