Standard Bank unable to resolve internet banking problems with scheduled payments

Standard Bank released changes to the internet banking site with a lot of problems. I am unable to see the scheduled payments I made in the past, & therefore I cannot amend or delete these future dated payments. They advised me to schedule new payments & that they will cancel old ones. That has not happened, instead multiple payments are going off my account, & I have no control. I raised this end of October, it is still not resolved. The Prestige Banker cannot help & I have asked for someone in their IT to call so I can explain. This morning I got an email notifying me of a payment that will go through that I cannot see, it is not on the list of scheduled payments the IT people sent, which shows an even bigger problem since no one can remove it. They are failing to reverse old duplicate payments that went through already. Looks like the only way to solve this is to close the account because no one seem to be able to reverse whatever change they implemented that they failed to program and test properly. All of a sudden I am unable to make an immediate payment, no explanation why that feature disappeared. A whole Standard Bank taking months to sort out issues on clients' bank accounts?? I need this resolved asap as I do not have money to pay double for every future dated payment scheduled in my account.

Thank you for responding publicly, but so far no one has called me to try and remove a future dated payment of R4000 that will go through on the 4th, that I cannot see, and therefore I cannot amend or delete, that I was notified through an email from you. I will not have the funds to cover this and it needs to be cancelled before it goes through.
Scripted response but still disappointing that you are unable to properly test changes before you deploy them to the public, never mind resolve them when they occur.
