Standard bank unable to assist

Hi i have opened an account with standard bank last year october, since then i wasnt able to use the app for banking because its saying that the details ive entered does not match with the details they have on system, so ive been to the branch twice to try and sort it out but nobody is able to help me, this is becoming a real issue. Am i going to have to change to another bank???
