STANDARD BANK *****ULENT FALSIFICATION OF CLIENT PERSONAL RECORDS- THEY JUSTIFY IT AS INTERNAL BANK REFERENCING. WHICH LAW PERMITS THIS ?

Subject: Standard Bank's *****ulent Falsification of Personal Records and The Collapsing South African Regulatory Framework

Fellow South Africans,

Let me pen down my deep frustration with the abysmal collapse of South Africa’s regulatory authorities, not to mention the catastrophic failure of our ******** justice system. This is not just a matter of inconvenience or bad service — this is outright *****, manipulation, and the gross violation of my rights as a citizen.

Standard Bank of South Africa, an institution that claims to operate with integrity, has *****ulently falsified my personal records. They’ve endorsed my account with an Administration Order that was never granted by any competent South African court, and some of my accounts have been marked with a "deceased" status, despite me being alive and well. This is a flagrant violation of consumer rights, and worse, a ******** offense under South African law.

I raised the alarm and demanded that Standard Bank rectify their gross errors. What did they do in response? Absolutely nothing. The matter was sent to their attorneys, Shepstone and Wylie, who appear to be instrumental in defending this ******** conduct. The same correspondence was also sent to their CEO, demanding action, and yet no rectification has been made to date.

Furthermore, a ******** case (CAS 702/6/2025) has been opened with the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA), and yet, due to incompetence on the part of the appointed prosecutor, the case remains under investigation, dragging on without any substantial progress. This alone is indicative of the systemic dysfunction that has gripped South African authorities.

Now, let me turn to Andrew Donnelly, the representative from Shepstone and Wylie, whose response to this scandalous situation is both insulting and indicative of the arrogance that permeates this entire matter. His response: “On the document and the section Reason Code, the referencing to the administration order was an internal referring misdescription.”

Is this the standard of legal defense we are to expect from one of the largest law firms in South Africa? How stupid and insulting is this response? Do you, Mr. Donnelly, think that South Africans are so naïve as to accept this feeble excuse? This is an insult to the intelligence of every South African who has ever had to deal with *****ulent conduct from large institutions. And let’s not even discuss the fact that I have been marked deceased when I am very much alive. What legal framework allows for such a blatant distortion of truth?

The incompetence doesn’t end there. I filed a formal complaint with the Bank Ombudsman, expecting the regulatory body to intervene and take swift action. However, they have come back with a response stating that Standard Bank is not responding to them. What is happening here? What good is a regulatory body that has no legislative power to enforce compliance? Is this the type of "oversight" that South African institutions are providing to its citizens?

This further shows that Standard Bank believes it is above the law. It’s clear they operate with impunity, disregarding any regulatory oversight and abusing their position to falsify records without consequence. The systemic failure of South African institutions to hold them accountable leaves ordinary citizens like me without any recourse.

Fellow South Africans, we are now at the point where we can no longer rely on local institutions to ensure justice. The collapse of South African regulatory bodies, including the Bank Ombudsman’s office, is a painful truth. As South Africans, we must be prepared to stand up and demand accountability from those who think they are untouchable.

I want to make it clear: I will not rest until justice is served. The conduct of Standard Bank must be brought to book, and this *****ulent behavior must be exposed for all to see. I have all the documentation and evidence related to this case, and it is available for public scrutiny. Rest assured, I will ensure this matter is brought to light internationally. If South African institutions cannot hold these ********s accountable, we will find the institutions that will. The time for inaction is over.

Standard Bank, your *****ulent activities will not go unchallenged. I will expose your misconduct to the world, and your actions will be scrutinized globally. There will be no hiding place for the perpetrators .This is not just my fight — it is all of ours.
