Standard Bank - uCount Rewards

I have had a credit card with Standard bank which was fully paid off and settled in 2018, in Jan 2022 it was brought to my attention that I am owing standard bank R100 for ucount rewards, which I had never used. I immediately paid this off and to date their system has not been updated. This is giving me a bad credit score rating. Please can you get this sorted out as this is ridiculous and I have never received any communication from you regarding the amount outstanding. I don't understand how you can allow for the card to be settled yet still allow for services to be debited.
