Standard Bank - UCount Rewards

To Whom it may concern<br> <br> Just over 3 months ago my wife registered her UCount rewards account, with the aim of receiving good rewards. For the months Aug15 - Oct15 we spent about R47 000 on her credit card. We called the ucount rewards consultants for the last month to enquire why we were not receiving our rewards - they said because the card had not been linked and that we should not worry they will make an accrual. This evening i checked my wifes ucount balance and it says \Goodwill Accrual 2015-11-10 R75.80 (758 points). <br> <br> Please can someone look into this because clearly after R47 000 worth of purchases we cannot get rewards of R75.80 only. She's on Tier4 so that alone should get 1*** points a month.<br> <br> We await your speedy response."
