Standard Bank UCount "Reward System" Pathetic!
What a pathetic 'rewards' system. We have been trying to change the telephone number on our UCount Card for 6 Months now, but the "system' is not pulling it through. We haven't been able to use card at all! We bargained on this rewards. Six Months????? This is ridiculous! We even went into a Standard Branch to do this, no luck. Numerous phone calls as well.. PATHETIC!
