Standard Bank Tygervalley - inefficient

Standard bank Tygervalley must have the worst efficiency on the planet. It is the day after a long weekend, and everyone needs to pay accounts and bank, pay in movies etc (something they couldn’t do over the weekend), but there is only one Teller on duty to help with such services. There are over 12 people in the line for almost an hour now. There is no manager to monitor the floor and reshuffle staff to attend to the problem. I now understand why Standard bank SA is closing branches and laying off people. It is because the consumer and customer doesn’t have the time to waste at branches that has zero service. Please close down the inefficient branches. We want better service! There are also no chairs for the people to sit on that is waiting.
