Standard Bank trying to link an account

I tried to link my account to try and do a beneficiary payment but no account linked when i tried to link my account via cellphone account biometrics it tries to get the info from home affairs but everytime it's unsucsessful i want to move my bank account from FNB to Standard bank but i'm having trouble setting up the account
