STANDARD BANK TRUST/ESTATE PATHETIC

Complaint *** Awaiting reply on below......... As at today Stanlib still has not received the withdrawal instruction... Stanlib has advised that they emailed trust regarding this matter on 15 March, 03 April & 24 May 2022... Tax was finalized on 04 March... It is now 4 months later and the LND has still not been done... I was advised that trust is now awaiting Stanlib for funds to be released ...how can Stanlib release funds if the necessary documents still have not been received by Stanlib as at this morning 30 June....... Please advise when these documents will reach Stanlib ... as per reply email apparently this matter has been attended to...how has it been attended to if Stanlib is still awaiting withdrawal documentation... Can you please explain to me why is it taking 4 months for trust to do the LND...
