Standard bank trust WORST SERVICE EVER

I am still waiting for on standard bank trust for assist with the same matter. Its been a year and one month from my father's passing and I'm still dealing with this. I get no feedback from the estate officer that is assigned to assist me. I get no reply from the escalation division. The standard trust contact number *** is forever busy. I called multiple times and held for over 30minutes and no one picked up. Standard trust is the worst thing one can do for their loved ones . STAY AWAY
