Standard Bank Trust - Winding down an estate

I've logged a request to wind down my late mother's estate over a year ago, till today not much movement to close this out. I keep being taken from pillar to post by kelly-ann.joodt and thobeka.mashiane. To add insult to injury their service is just appalling, face to face and on e-mail. People, advise your relatives and friends to not open any trust accounts or even a will with Standard bank. They never adhere to their timelines and processes. very disappointing. Now I am about to enter yet another year without resolution to this issue.
