Standard bank trust, trust my foot

My name is Necolette Molapo I reside in Johannesburg South Africa I would like to know about where do I get contact details for Sim Tshabalala of Standard bank and also Nomgando Matyumza I believe you know them on this platform
My apologies for misunderstanding this platform but I\'m really trying any platform I see necessary for I have also complaint to the hello peter team with no success from the Standard bank team. They promise only to Hello Peter team to resolve the matter only to mistreat me.
I have a Trust account with Standard bank in Rosebank Gauteng province of South Africa, the name of trust is Ruth Medhanit Molapo trust and its active since 2017.
Those trustees and management are busy misusing my daughter\'s trust funds and they refuse to provide me with detailed trust documents and Tax documents.

20 Mar 2024, 18:12Dear Necolette, After reviewing the Trust file, it was noted that Ruth is over the age of 18, which means the monthly income needs to be paid to her direct. I have attached our forms for her to complete and forward the original document with a certified copy of her Identity document, proof of residential address not older than three months, and original bank instatement not older than 3 months. Upon receipt of that the income will be reviewed and we will then revert. Furthermore, kindly provide me with our beneficiaries contact details and email address. Kind regards. Yolanda Pretorius

It's not the first time they told me that my daughter is now 18. I told them that there is no way in that stupid trust deed where they have stipulated that when my daughter is 18 she will receive money in her bank account. If it's like that then Standard bank trustees will have to stop managing this trust as well. Yesterday I was even phoned by another lady I forgot her name she told me that Standard bank is still waiting for the INVESTMENTS detailed statements from Mr Ari Slasky however those statements needed to be reconstructed and its gonna take some time.
Then I asked the lady if Standard bank trust pay TAX at SARS and she said yes, then I told her it's better for the trust to provide me with SARS documents from 2018 to date, she said she needed to ask her partner then she'll get back to me, GUESS WHAT I'M STILL WAITING FOR HER CALL EVEN NOW
WHAT THEY ARE GOOD AT IS HOLDING A DIARY AND PEN TAKING NOTES AND THEN THE JOB IS DONE.

As we had previously pointed out in our meeting, the age of majority is the beginning of legal adulthood recognized or declared in terms of the law in South Africa. It is the moment when a person stops to be considered a minor and now has the legal control over themselves, their actions, and decisions, thus terminating the control and legal responsibilities of their parents or guardian over them.
As Ruth has recently reached the age of majority, it is crucial that we have all the necessary information. Additionally, to our previous arrangements, we still need the medical report. This report will provide valuable insights into Ruth's medical status and intellectual understanding. This information is essential for the Trustees to be able to determine how the Trust can best support you and Ruth moving forward.

- Proof of residential address of Ruth Molapo
- Bank account details for Ruth Molapo
Should for any reason, any of the above are not currently available, please let us know.

Dear Necolette, After reviewing the Trust file, it was noted that Ruth is over the age of 18, which means the monthly income needs to be paid to her direct. I have attached our forms for her to complete and forward the original document with a certified copy of her Identity document, proof of residential address not older than three months, and original bank instatement not older than 3 months. As we had previously pointed out in our meeting, the age of majority is the beginning of legal adulthood recognized or declared in terms of the law in South Africa. It is the moment when a person stops to be considered a minor and now has the legal control over themselves, their actions, and decisions, thus terminating the control and legal responsibilities of their parents or guardian over them.
As Ruth has recently reached the age of majority, it is crucial that we have all the necessary information. Additionally, to our previous arrangements, we still need the medical report. This report will provide valuable insights into Ruth's medical status and intellectual understanding. This information is essential for the Trustees to be able to determine how the Trust can best support you and Ruth moving forward.

Should for any reason, any of the above are not currently available, please let us know.
As the parent to Ruth, we assure you that the Trust is not diminishing your rights nor to stop you to act as a parent and in the best interest of your child.
