Standard Bank Trust services despicable!

<p>Standard Bank has handled my late husbands estate. Its been more than 9 years and nothing has been finalised! I contacted them more than a month ago with promises of them (Cathrin and Marcelle) phoning me back! Im still waiting! 9 YEARS!!!!!!!! REALLY!!!!! HOW LONG MUST I STILL WAIT??!!!! TILL IM DEAD?!!!!</p>
