Standard Bank Trust - Service and Communication that you CAN NOT TRUST.

I have never in my Life dealt with an institution with such bad service and communication. After a year of next to no service from Standard Bank my Entire Team working on a deceased estate no longer works for Standard bank (Resigned).. No Heads up from any one. After Numerous calls, messages and emails with NO Response. (Receptionist?) Not helpful. I am still after weeks of Trying to get an update on an estate which should have wound up by now. I am regretting the choice in using them to handle my loved ones estate as they have made the whole Process such an unpleasant experience. DO NOT USE them. Unless you wanna be left in the dark with bad service and no way to contact them.
