Standard Bank Trust- DONT BANK ON THEIR PROMISE OF SERVICE DELIVERY!

Pathetic service to say the least! I would like to describe how I really feel but I don't think unsavoury words will be accepted. My sister and I have been waiting for 18 months now to have our dad's estate finalised and the service that we have received from day 1 has been sorely lacking. It was always left to us to make the contact with STD and very rarely the other way around. And this too had to be done several times over just to get a response to the initial email. Just today I had to send another email (my 4th one) to get some updates on the progress of the estate. NOTHING! The house has been sold and already occupied and still we wait.........for feedback. That's all that we ask for right now... feedback. Please do not appoint Std Trust as your executors or estate administrators. They do not deliver on what they promise and their advertising and marketing campaigns are misleading. Go somewhere else. I know that what will follow this review, is an automated response in an attempt to appease me. But please.... I've read the reviews here....
