STANDARD BANK TRUST DIVISION - NEVER INVEST!!!

What a nightmare to work with!!! Have been struggling with feedback from the division where they - STANDARD BANK- is the appointed trustees since 1994. They have been collecting their monies as the Trustees but are not assisting with the basic needs of the beneficiary!!
We have been trying to move the Trust as well, but has had a delay since January- also when asked for a report of the progress- also nothing!
Do not even try to phone them or the complaints department- no one answers their phones!!
I will never recommend investing your funds with their Trust Division, as they will hold on to your monies for as long us possible- and will not provide any assistance or advise to the beneficiary.
This is not the level of service we strive for.

I really hope not all is lost and that we will be able to resolve this matter, and that future communication will be delt with as a matter of urgency. We cannot wait two months for the Trustee to decide if they want to payout grocery monies (which was also not a lot- R3500.00 per month is the bare minimum asked for) for a Trust that is 2.4mil strong?
This is an absolute disgrace. Also if the deed has not made provision for escalation of funds for the beneficiary- why has the TRUSTEE not advised or assisted the beneficiary in steps to handle this matter.
IS the TRUSTEE not to be appointed in the best interest of the beneficiary - or is this simply a matter of collecting and holding onto Money to earn interest?
