Standard bank Trust Department is not functioning

Please do not use Standard Bank for your will or appoint them as the executor of a family member's estate. They will ignore your emails and won't answer their phones, you will basically be stuck with no help and won't be able to access any money owning to beneficiary. Standard Bank's trust department is a disaster, rather appoint a family member as the executor and then find a decent lawyer to help when a loved one dies!
