Standard Bank Trust Beneficiary Care Unit

The beneficiary care division of Standard Trust are extremely dishonest. My daughters trust has matured and must be terminated and paid out and all of a sudden the pay-out cannot be made for different reasons. Every time you call you speak to a different person and the story keeps changing. I would not advise any parent to live their surviving family in the hands of this bank.
