Standard Bank Transfers all my money ********ly

On 3 March 2015, I discovered that my overdraft facility had been cancelled, when my home loan payment bounced. The home Loans dept informed me that the note on their system says that I told the bank I am leaving the country and they should cancel my facility.<br> I had been using my facility for about 2 years, but paid it up in October 2014, with the intention to use it in the new year, as my budget showed I would need it. Standard bank refused to re-instate my overdraft.<br> I could not pay my bond that month. The following months I paid the bond, but remained in arrears with that one month.<br> Yesterday, Annalize Ford from the Collection Department, transferred my entire balance of R9 799.82 out of my current account, without informing me in any way!<br> This is the money I need for food for me and my child, petrol to get us to work/school and I need to fix my car which is faulty and will cost between R4000-R6000.<br> Is this lawful? I am serving my loan, the one month that I am arrears is due to Standard Bank pulling the carpet from under me in the first place.<br> Are banks allowed to just ***** your money?
