Standard bank transfer delay

I have a bond account with standard bank and sold my house,my transfer lawyer has been communicating with them to issue out the cancellation figures to finish the process but it has been impossible to get their cooperation with this matter and even intervened myself with various calls and emails but still they failing to give updates on the matter which is inconveniencing both me and the buyer.

The people concerns are Leseka Manganyi and Osvaldo Nhaca both in estate department at standard bank. Pleas help me in resolving this issue.
