Standard Bank Trade Route mall Lenasia

<p>Good day my name is Tammy Govender and I opened a Business account at standard Bank Trade Route mall Lenasia, I have had endless issues with my business account and the business consultant who assisted me Anna Mapheto, did not give me the correct information, now he 2017 I have bank charges of approximately R2000 which I have to pay, I have tried on numerous occasions to call Anna or any other business consultant to assist, but the phone just rings, I than went into the branch at Trade route mall and a consultant advised me that only Anna Mapheto can assist, Its been almost 2 weeks now and Anna has not called to assist me.</p> <p> </p> <p>The service I received from Standard bank Lenasia is extremely disappointing and unprofessional to say the least.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p> <p> </p> <p> Tammy Govender</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
