Standard Bank - Top Notch even when there are problems.

I saw double debits coming off my accounts this morning. First thought was "Oh No" now i have to spend time with the bank on the phone.

Logged into my Internet Banking and automatically got a message stating they are aware of double debits and are remediating and apologies for the inconvenience.

I'm giving another five star as I appreciate the fact that they pick this up fast and tell the customers upon login.

Standard Bank always on the ball!!!
