Standard bank took my school fees money
Last year 21st July 2015 money was sent to standard bank South Africa from the UK to pay my children's school fees

That money never arrived in their schools bank account

It took involving the UK financial ombudsman to get final proof that Standard Bank did, without question, confirm receipt of the international transfer by issuing the UK bank with an official receipt number

So where is my money?

No one wants to help

Standard Bank claim they don't have it!

Is this another loop hole that someone in the bank has found to ***** money?

Or is it a way that standard bank can hold onto our money for longer and make interest on it by claiming it's missing for months on end?

I demand answers.

The stress it has and is putting me through is uncomprehenable as someone has to pay the school fees!

Compensation is now in order! With the depositing of my money immediately into the schools account where it was suppose to be 6 months ago.
