Standard bank took my car without informing me.

My name is Gugu, I'm working for Education Dep. as Admin. I am single and have three kids who are still going to school. my car was taken by Standard bank through Asset Finance Recovery Service. I was told that the person who deals with my case is Rashieda from Standard bank, she told me that i should be getting an e-mail that indicates my settlement, until know nothing I have received, I constantly phone this lady and about my account to settle what i need to settle, but nothing is happening, I'm single with three kids black woman, I am not sure why should I be treated such, I'm the bread winner why does the Standard bank see that, the only income I make is through my salarie. I phoned the bank again and I was given the following people who is said they are attending to my case, their names are Thandi and Brenda, I call their numbers everyday and their phones are forever un answered. I kindly request you to help me, instead of my financial life getting better, its going down the drain, I am using Bolt every day, I am only a leg out to finish my car. I don't know why is Standard bank treating me so bad, i have been a client of Standard bank since I was at collage and until I was employed. PLEASE HELP ME.
