Standard bank Tongaat is the worst branch!!

Tongaat standard bank is one of the worst branches to deal with. The lines are long and there are few consultants. Both call centre and branch gives incorrect information to the client. They are never willing to help their clients yet if there's a default in account they are extremely fast to hand clients over to the lawyers. I've asked them on many occasions to update my information which was not done. I never get the assistance needed from standard bank! They are the worst bank to bank with!!!
