Standard bank Tongaat card ****med

Tongaat Branch. On 11 March in the morning, my dad went to the Tongaat branch to withdraw cash. There was no security guard present, his card was swallowed at the ATM. After going into the branch to inform them it was discovered that he was ****** of R6900, thats all his cash in his account. The security guard was in the toilet at the time of incident and didnt bothet to inform staff inside. The branch could not assist further. The only reason one with go to the branch is for safety, if the bank cannot provide security whats the point of banking with them?
