Standard bank to update ITC for an account that was closed almost 3 years is non existent

Good day

I have asked that you update my ITC and according to the mails you told me it has been done. But still the standard bank advance account is open on ITC and has not been closed or updated that it is fully paid and closed. Can you please let me know why this account is still open on ITC and not updated. It is 3 years now that I am struggling with standard bank to update this on ITC and still standard bank did not do it. Yes according to the mails they said it was done but my credit report shows that it has not been done. I am asking for the last time now update this at ITC or I will report standard bank to hellopeter and the ombudsman.
