Standard bank thulamahashe

Standard bank in thulamahashe... I've been waiting in the que for the past 4 hours waiting to get service.... It's blazing hot outside, tired,about to collapse, you ask for the manager he /she is nowhere to be found........ No one is updating us about anything..... No customer service bad attitude with the staff.....no one cares about our health and there's covid 19 regulations that we need to adhere to how can we be safe while we are waiting for them to serve us..... Only the security guard who is available to contact but the staff are minding their business..... . this how standard bank conduct business Is this how you treat your clients Is this how you adhere to covid 19 regulations As am writing this review am still waiting for the manager who's nowhere to be found.... And mind you I've been waiting here for 4 hours and still counting
