STANDARD BANK THREE RIVERS (RIVER SQUARE)
I write this review with complete and utter disgust , and I have no words to describe the branch manager Hlobi at Standard Bank Three rivers.She and another colleuge Nophisso of hers have absolutely no way at all to speak to their clients.Since day one of an application made they have spoken nothing but lies , today the 4th of April 2024 I called the Standard Bank Three rivers branch with the phone number ***.
The branch manger Hlobi started yelling at me and accused me of saying things that I did not say, she told me that I harassed them verbally and said that Pinky and Nophisso called me early morning of 4th April, An Absolutely the biggest lie. She than carried on and mistreating me on the call , and when I confirmed her name she kept quiet and I even asked her and I quote " Branch manager are you giving me the silent treatment ".
Standard bank level of service is pathetic and the two ladies I mentioned earlier have absolutely no way at all in treating their customers, I've never heard that many lies come out of a so called reputable bank
Absolutely disgusted

Really!!!!!!!!!!! RIGHT UNTIL NOW ,I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A SINGLE SORT OR ANY COMMUNICATION FROM ANYONE ONE IN STANDARD BANK
IT just goes to show Standard Bank literally has a don't care attitude, absolutely pathetic...
This is the service everyone can expect from These so called Reputable Bank ,In absolutely no way you providing the best service, this is the worst customer service ever
