Standard Bank threaten their own customers.....

Again I must do Standard banks work for them.

Every month for as long as I can remember, they have debit my standard bank cheque account for my standard Bank credit card payment..... Every month...

Seriously....

Doesn't the one hand know what the other hand is doing.....

Now the sent me a email to say my credit card payment is overdue by R 0 rand..

Two of two things need to happen...

1. Send me a email and explain your mistake...

2. Make sure that you sent me proof that my credit rating is not affected by this..

Because your email threatening is not on..

Don't threaten me.....

I am am a customer.....

I am not your playmate....

Sort this out...

And sort out your staff *********** work...

But do not threaten me ever again....

I will take you to court.....
