Standard Bank Theft and ********** debit order deduction

I closed my Standard Bank credit card on the 27th July 2018. On the 8th August the account still had not been closed so I sent a request to Standard Bank. Zeenath Hassen responded promptly and assured me the card has been closed. Then Standard Bank deducted a Cash Adv fee. Once again, after corresponding with Zeenath who promptly apologised, reversed the fee and confirmed on the 13th August that my account is closed.

How is it possible that on the 27th August, Standard Bank deduct an amount of R25 via debit order when firstly, my balance owing to them is Nil, and secondly, this account is supposedly closed?

Standard Bank, this is THEFT. You have **********ly taken money from me, via debit order, to pay an account that is closed and the balance is NIL.

Kindly refund my money you have ****** with immediate effect.

Dear Complaints Resolution Centre. If Standard Bank strive to make great banking happen for all your clients, then why are there so many similar complaints? And why was my request not dealt with immediately a month ago already. You **********ly stole R30,000 from my father last year, which to this day has never been resolved and resulted in him falling gravely ill due to the stress. Although this is only R25, it is still theft as this account should be close. How is it possible to process an automatic debit order deduction for an account that is reflecting Nil balance owing, and in effect should be closed?
