Standard bank the worst service ever

Worst service ever and a client that have being with standard bank for years. They send my cheque card to Laudium and I am staying in Centurion, I have being emailing them and even spoken to a consultant on the telephone and no help to send it to Lifestyle centre or mall at reds.

I asked the account number and details for my loan that I have with them and also that my loan period must be extended to the maximum period.

I also needed help as my debit order date for my loan and funeral cover must be changed to the end March....

They are ignoring me and don't help me....I am so disappointed and will not recommend Standard bank to any new clients.
