Standard bank the worst company

I am very angry and discusted at the service I've received from standard bank what annoys me the most is the fact that they have all my details but fail to send communication for something important, yet they sending me useless emails almost everyday. They have blocked/restricted my account and they did not even bother to let me know there's a problem I've deposited money into the account and it is appearing however when I tried to use it for an online purchase it always comes back saying unsuccessful I've tried all other transactions even sending the money into my other account but it won't allow upon calling them I was told my account has been blocked since Dec. 2022 because of "suspected *****" and since my account is blocked I cannot be able to do any transactions or even access my money . According the their records the "suspected *****" was from someone else account using different bank who sent money into my account back in 2022. When I was in contact with standard bank I was told to go to the police station and write an affidavit which I did and sent it to them only to be told I have to find the person that has sent the money in my account to verify the transaction I've explained to them I am no longer in contact with the person and there is no way I can be able to reach them I'm being told to file a missings person report for a person that is not missing, Standard bank is a Joke honestly I would never recommend it to anyone because their service is shocking I'm not interested in having their account anymore I just want my money
