Standard bank the worst bank ever

Standard bank is the worst company ever. Don't ever use them they ***** your money. I went to put petrol in my car, there was something wrong with the merchant's card machine and the payment did not go through on there side but on my account it did. Seeing that this was the only money i had they did not want me to leave. I had to stand there for 2 and a half hours could not go to work. The merchant phoned his bank who contacted standard bank and they said they will reverse the money within 48hours. I phoned them as well later and they told me the same thing. Eventually someone had to pay the money for me and i have to pay him back. The money was not reversed without 48hours i phoned them 4days after again and they said now i have to go back to the merchant and let them phone standard bank to reverse the money. Which means i have to go all the way back and hope those people will phone
