Standard bank - the worst bank ever!

I have a standing arrangement with Standard bank for my bond. Have been paying and sending POP's to both them and their lawyers, Stupel & Berman. They even thanked me for it every time. To my surprise, I get a visit from the sheriff, informing me my property has been attached and will go on sale in a months time! Taking my money religiously and yet... The nerve of this bank! These banks are such bullies! They do this because there are no laws protecting us mere mortals, the customers. They send an email, acknowledging the arrangement, and writes it off as "miscommunication" Your miscommunication is costing me my name! Your miscommunication is costing the embarrassment of having to explain my business to every person and agent coming to my door to want to sell my house or buy it! It is costing me legal costs... Who the hell do you think you are Standard bank!?
