Standard bank - The ultimate 0 rated bank for customer service

After waiting for over 5 weeks for Standard bank to assist with over 40 day debit orders, they decided to close my case even after only 3 of the 7 debit orders was reversed. I'm really out of word for your pathetic "service". Clint Petersen is supposed to assist from a Hello Peter complaints perspective, but his overall interaction with me also leaves a lot to be desires. Standard bank I think you are a truly hopeless institution as far as customer service is concerned.
