STANDARD BANK, THE ONE USELESS BANK IN SA

The Standard bank Asset and Vehicle division, is the worst ever in all Banking industry, I have had (in the past) to work with ABSA, MFC and Wesbank, I have never experienced the appalling service that I am currently experiencing at this bank. on numerous occasions I have requested the statement, not even once has anyone responded or send it. with the other banks, Which I also have another car financed by WESBANK, I get my statements monthly, at Standard bank, the last i got this was either late 202 or early 2021, after I had written a number of complaints about their stinking service. Wish I had know and get finance from another more efficient bank than STD bank, they are so useless, if you are late with payments, they are quick to take your profile to their attorneys, but fail to do what is right. such banks must CLOSE SHOP, USELESS to the CORE.
