Standard Bank, the dinosaur of banking will go the way the dinosaur went.
In the past year and a half I have received 1 statement regarding my home loan and that was only after I had to jump through hoops to get it. I then requested that it be emailed to me on a monthly basis and I haven't seen another statement since.
How is it that Standard Bank has survived? Doing the most basic function is too much hard work.
