Standard Bank - the contactless bank.

Via the Standard Bank website, I have twice requested that they call me. I logged two complaints via the website. I logged a complaint on Hello Peter (and commented twice on it) AND I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD A THING FROM STANDARD BANK.

And this all subsequent to having held on with the call centre for 13 minutes and then being cut off.

Absolutely shocking service. As the old adage goes - you can't complain about the service - there isn't any.
